This shower system is 2.5GPM, which means it has a restriction to be sold in CA, CO, and NY City where the flow rate is of 1.8GPM.
Can the bar be attached with appropriate adhesive?
The proper way to mount it is with the mounting screws provided. Refer to installation manual for other important information.
Why is the top of the showerhead not chrome?
The top of the AquaRain showerhead should match the finish of the rest of your shower system (chrome or brushed-nickel). Sometimes the top of the showerhead comes with a protective film you can peel off to reveal the true finish.
Can the body jets be turned off?
The body jets can be turned on and off. However, the body sprays cannot be individually operated, all three must either be on or off.
Can I use more than one function at a time?
The Bonzai can run ANY 2 functions at the same time.
Can you adjust the placement of handshower?
The handshower can not be adjusted, it is at a fixed height.
What is the distance from the bottom of the unit to where the shower connection is located?
The Bonzai is equipped with an 18″ supply line hose that allows positioning of product based on shower layout. The water supply inlet is about 34″ from the bottom of the unit.
How far out from the wall is the showerhead?
The showerhead sits at about 21 inches from the wall. Refer to the Bonzai spec sheet for other important measurements.
How many functions does the handshower have?
The Bonzai is equipped with a 5-function handshower. Functions are as follows: Jet mist, Rain fall mist, Wide, Wide and bubble.

This is standard, 59-inch non-marring hose.
