How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders received prior to 2:00 PM Monday – Friday usually ship same day excluding holidays. If order is received after 2:00 PM the order will ship next business day. All orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer multiple shipping options for international orders. Contact us for more information.

Returns

Orders which have been accepted by the dealer may be returned only with prior written consent. Products may not be returned after 45 days from the date of the invoice. All returns must first obtain a return authorization number from PULSE Showerspas, Inc. The dealer is responsible for all return freight charges, excluding warranty issues.

Restocking Fee

A charge of 15% of the invoice amount applies to ALL returns.
