I have this product for over two years now and it’s been working OK actually very well however I’ve had a couple of defective parts over Time. They have been outstanding on quickly replacing parts at no cost coming from California and shipping to Canada very impressive highly recommend this company they stand by their warranty.

Just purchased this product and so far it is working very well. I would have given a rating of 5 stars. However, it is advertised as being WHITE in color and there is nothing white about this model. It is more light greenish/blue. I even called Pulse Support directly and was told that there is no WHITE color for this model. The color worked OK but I wish it was in white as described and shown on their booklet.

I have had this product for 18 months in a new construction. I am very disappointed. I am on a well and the pressure from the well is as high as allowed. The pressure from the body spray jets is underwelling. The handheld nozzle applies more pressure,
